I ordered a product on Flipkart.
This is a defective product. I requested for replacement on the day I received this product. A technician allocated by Flipkart confirmed the same and conveyed to Flipkart, that the product is defective. Yet, Flipkart manipulated and changed the status and cancelled my replacement product. Flipkart is cheating me by selling defective products. I communicated with nearly 15 people in the last 3 days. In the chat aloan between 8:35 and 8:50pm 5 people changed but nobody resolved my issue.
Flipkart is cheating me with defective products. This is 2nd time that Flipkart did this to me. Once I bought a boat watch. The same thing happened. I am dissatisfied with your services.
