i have order a mobile phone via flipkart app on 16th December 2022 morning 7:50am , and they give assurance that they delivery the order with in a day. Still now i did not get any update from their side, and Also we tried 15 times via customer care. But they told there is delay due to some external factor. This was the answer they told on 17th December 2022 night after 8 o clock. And then Now 19 december 2022 1:50 Pm also tried customer care and they said same reason there is delay due to some external factor. Flipkart company did not give a proper response and we requesting for the Justice.Customer care calls and says Sir, cancel the order and get a reward of 100, 500.Delay in delivery means failure to make their commitment. There is way that once we not maintain proper amount in bank means they charge finality, for this kind of delay and irregular activities this company also pay finality for this issue.
