Hi Sir/Mam
Hope you are doing well.

I have been a customer of flipkart since 2015. My last year’s shopping amount with flipkart was around Rs.11328.
VERY BAD SERVICE OF FLIPKART , I ORDERED REALME 9SE 5G ON FLIPKART ON 29.09.2022 WHOSE DELIVERY DATE IS 03.10.2022. PLACING MY ORDER 03.10.2022 HAS ARRIVED NEAREST HUB KHANDSA, WHICH IS ONLY 3KM AWAY IN MY DELIVERY ADDRESS.
WHICH I HAVEN’T RECEIVED YET. YESTERDAY ON 08.10.2022. MY ORDERED WAS PLACED FROM FLIPKART SIDE DUE TO NEGLIGENCE OF FLIPKART AGENT I DON’T RECEIVE MY ORDER YESTERDAY ALSO. I AM VERY SORRY FOR THE VERY POOR SERVICE OF FLIPKART.

Please help me resolve the issue

I can see from tracking that the Order has reached my city warehouse on 03th october. it is just stuck there.
