I order oppo reno 10 from flipkart on 21/07/2023 on Emi from Sbi credit card. They gave me delivery date of 01/08/2023 but product not reached to me. After I call customer care he told me wait till 05/08/2023 but still on that date I dnt receive my product, regularly I call them every day but they said it will reach on 8th aug, finally my emi date came on 7th August 1200Rs. I deposit my first emi on 8th August 2023. On 9th August they call me and said cancel the product, I said how can I cancel my product I have already deposit my emi of 1200Rs, and I have to give sbi 2300 intrest for 24 months on emi, but they said we can’t do any cancel product. I have faced mental tension from Flipkart and they cheat me and waste my time..
