I have Ordered a smartphone- MOTOROLA g13 (Matte Charcoal, 128 GB on 23 April 2023 and delivered on 24 April 2023, and just after the day or two the ear speaker of the phone starting to make problem , sometimes speaker stop functioning and sometimes its started but on date 1st May 2023 , its completely stopped its function and so i have talked to flipkart customer care on 1st May 2023 and they advised us to take the phone to MOTOROLA service center.
But i understand that the smartphone delivered by the flipkart is the faulty one.
I am requesting for replacement of the phone asap. But no response is getting given by Flipcart and saying on call to take ut to the service centre.
Why should i take my new phone to the service centre as the phone is deliverd is the faulty one and flipkart should change it
