I had taken a small loan from a app called Flip Cash. There was a one day late payment and the recovery agent called and used abusive language through out the call and called my family members and used abusive language to them as well. I told I will pay the amount within 2 hours and still kept on talking abusively and started blackmailing, I repaid the amount and the still kept on abusing.
