Dear Sir/Mam,
I have purchased mobile I phone 6s plus though my credit card RS 12499 with EMI monthly but how they are cheating customers let me explain when I have received mobile mobile was defective with three reasons 1, charger is not working. 2. Mobile getting heat 3.volume is coming slowly… I immediately raised request for return they told it is only for replacement they cannot refund my amount what to do with this mobile. Its is purely cheating the public kindly request you to officials about online cheating like flipcart take action against them don’t let them sell such kind of defect mobiles kindly help me in this case to refund my total amount
