My flight booking id is NF70171263475360 and my husband’s flight booking id is NF78148263474942. The Air India flight wasn’t operational due to lockdown and MakeMy Trip had sent an email mentioning that we can reschedule our flight tickets till December 31st 2021. But now we don’t have the option to reschedule our flight tickets in MakeMy Trip App and they don’t have any Customer Care for flight bookings to help us. Either we should get our flight tickets refund amount or we should be able to reschedule our flight tickets.
