I booked 3 tickets on 11 th july 2023 from mumbai to chennai for the date 16 july 2023 from make my trip app in which i wrongly entered middle name of third passenger so i immediately called within 24 hrs of booking make my trip customer care for corrections of any or any other solutions but no proper information given by them then they said name cannot be changed so i asked for any other solution so i was asked to reschedule or change the date of flight for next day so that new tickes will be generated and name will be get corrected in it and they charged me 8646 rupees extra for date change and said within 6 hrs new tickets will be generated and corrections will be done after new tickets generated no changes were done then why i was asked to change the date if corrections were not done and charged extra amount 8646 rs and then i saw one notification of make my trip in which zero date change fees were mentioned then why i was asked to pay extra amount 8646 rupees my complain is why they given wrong information and charged money now its more than 24 hrs i cannot even cancel tickes they will charge me cancellation charges so i decide to file case agains make my trip.
