Hi, I’m Rahul kumar dubey I have booked ticket from Bangalore to Patna on 29 May 2021, Amound has been debited from my account and later I got call from Travel look your ticket has been cancelled due to technical reason your money will be refund 10-15 days. Till now I have called more than 10 times they are not responding properly and every time they will said wait for two days amount will initiate after two days we will refund your amount till now i am not got today date is 23 June 2021 still i am waiting also i send mail also to support @travolook.in they also replied same but when i will get my refund No idea.
My dear friends,I would like to tell all of yo should not book tickets with Travolook.
they have new game policy, after taking the tickets from the travolook, it is cancelled in 2 minutes and in 3 minutes a call also comes that sir you tickets has been cancelled due to system problem, we refund your fair charge in between 7 To 14 days.
so don’t book tickets from travolook
