Sir,
I booked my to and fro air tickets from Banglore to indore on 5th January 2021 from air tickets portal travolook which got cancelled by travolook due to fare expiration in mail after 30 minutes and refund of Rs.6550/- which has to be reverse in my bank account within 7 working days hasn’t be received even after passing of 50 days today.
on 12th January 2021 received a mail from travolook for reference.
