We had booked flight of indigo from srinagar to mumbai for 10th April 2021through Travolook suddenly we received a msg our pnr is cancelled when we enquired with airlines they said that your agent has sent request for cancellation and request for refundAfter interacting with their executive Mr Pawan he said that since we had mailed them that we have received a cancellation msg they assumed that they want a refund and now we can buy tickets with higher rates
We have gone through mental agony inspite of booking three months before further from the refund amount they will be deducting Rs 750 per ticket for some charged.
Please I request to cancel their licence as this is fraud company duping many people
