I had booked tickets from Mumbai to Srinagar on 27june and my depart was on 30 June as I booked my tickets within 10pm tickets was cancelled by their side and got called that it will refund in 10 days and now it month and more now when I cal to customer care they just say abt it will be refunded in 1 week after a week they say it is refunded and they didn’t give any mail abt the refunded amt
