Myself Vijay Menezes booked tickets from Travolook for my family from Mumbai to Kolkata after booking the tickets after sometime i received a call from the travolook saying that for some operational reason your booking got cancelled and you will received your money within 15 days. now it is been one month but still not received my money back. Kindly help me out to get my refund.
