I have booked a ticket for one passenger from kanpur to Trichy for 24th February 2023.The ticket was booked on 22nd February 2023 and it cost Rs 7583 in total but i got an email after 15 minutes saying that the booking is aborted and the payment will be reverse back in the same mode of payment.Today is 14th of March still i have not received the refund.Everytime i emai and call them the only answer from them will be to give them further 5 to 7 business days time.They are cheating people and taking money from us.
So please help me to refund my amount of Rs 7583.
