Was booking flight tickets from their website, and the booking was cancelled from the operator end after the debit of amount, and since 05/10/2021, despite numerous complaints and requests the refund hasn’t been processed yet, they only give false assurances, false promises and false commitments, and repetitive reasons over emails and calls. When searched about such issues online, this came up to be a very common problem of all the customers booking tickets with TRAVOLOOK, and now the website also appears to be shut down too, and no calls are being received at the customer care no. of the company. For all the complaints, the management never made us talk to any seniors. Every customer is facing the same issue, brings a sense of doubtfulness about the company’s real existence and fraud ways of operating by using customer’s money by cancelling the debited bookings from operators end and then holding and using the same money in the name of making false promises for refunds.
