I am waiting for my refund for flights cancelled on 31st March 20’ Despite upteen follow up emails and calls to customer care spanning one year, the status of my refund is Still uncertain. I book a Airindia flight ticket through Flipkart I did a big mistake in my life but unfortunately flights cancelled by airline due to covid from past one year Iam trying to get my refund if I ask Flipkart customer care they telling Airindia should provide refund approval if I ask Airindia they said Flipkart should raise a refund request so both companies are playing with customers.
