I had purchased air ticket from Ranchi to Delhi on 17/03/2021 through Travolook in Air India flight, travel date was 14/05/2021. Immediate after booking I received call from Travolook agent stating your ticket can not be booked due to fare rise and your deducted money will be refunded within 72 hours.
Since then no body from travolook customer care is picking my call, I have written so many mails and every time getting same response sorry for delay and full refund will be processed ASAP.
