My flight was scheduled back for 22nd Dec 2020 with AirIndia and it was booked through via.com. At the last hour Airindia has cancelled the flight without letting us know any thing.I have been calling multiple times to via.com and they said they are processing my refund but cannot give me any status on the same. I try calling them and trust me i have to be on the line listening to IVR for more than an hour and they will never pick up. I have been trying to get in touch with them many a times without any success. I wrote them 3 emails to their customer care email but they never responded. When i speak to AirIndia they says i need to request via.com for my refund.
I am seeking some help as they customer care no. Is fake and no one picks up.
Please can you please help.
