I have booked 5 flight tickets for the same flight from happyeasygoportal for Gofirst Airlines. The Airlines has now changed the flight timings due to which I cancelled the tickets and Airlines has given full refund which is already credited to the agent account. Now I have been struggling to get back the refund from happyeasygo as they are saying it will take 45 days. Happyeasygo also doesn’t answer to emails neither picks the calls and puts on long long hold without answering hence I do not have any option to contact them and get my refund. It has been a week already to the refund been credited to happyeasygo but they are being irresponsible. Please help.
