I had booked one ticket in alliance air yesterday from Chennai to jaffna, flight no 91101, PNR NU786V . Because of personal issues I didn’t able to fly and also the flight was delayed 3 hours from the actual timing. It was 9.30 but the flight taken off by 12.30. Because I didn’t travelled and my seat was released. I already contacted the alliance air customer support and they said I have full refund facility but still they didn’t respond anything from their side.
