I booked 2 cochin to delhi tickets with REF640027595 and REF467480834 on 30th of January 2022. But the tickets were never booked generating a PNR and the amount was deducted from my account. The customer care executive on Feb 2nd promised that the refund process has been initiated and money will be returned in the same account used while booking within 10-15 working days. After the said term I didnt receive the amount. On 21st Feb I received a mail asking me to wait for another 7-10 working days. Later when I called the customer care they said there were some technical difficulty and I should give them the account details and wait for another 2-3 days. When I called them again they asked to wait for few more days and the same has been going on till today. I havent received the refund amount till now and from the way customer care executives talk I dont think I will ever get the refund. They promise a new deadline every time you call.
