I booked my flight from Delhi to Hyderabad ( 24 Jan 2021) on 8th January 2021 from the site TRAVOLLOOK ,it got cancelled by airline and they transferred the amount to travollook. Till now travollook customer service is saying I’ll receive the amount in 5-6 working days and I haven’t received yet. when they will transfer ,its been approx. 11 months.
