Booked a ticket on Travolook.com. When I entered my OTP in the final step of the booking, it said will take about 30 minutes to process but my money from my bank account was already cut. That’s when I got suspicious and googled about this company, turns out many others have been cheated by this agency and not got their money back. I did receive my confirmation after 30 minutes but it looked extremely fake with no company clause or anything. After looking up the PNR number on the airline’s website, turns out even that is not a legitimate one. The next day early morning I tried calling them and cancelling my ticket but they are saying I will not receive my money back despite it being a refundable ticket. If anyone has got their money back from this company, please reach out to me. Any feedback will be helpful. This agency should be sued.
