I had booked a flight ticket on March 5th. They immediately called my ticket for some reason and promised to refund my money in 7 working days. Today is 6th April. After more than a month, 8-10 calls and 3 emails, my money is still with them.
I don’t think they will ever refund my money!
Clueless inexperienced customer care
Tricks they do:
1. show cheap tickets,
2. tempt you to buy,
3. then immediately cancel your ticket in the name of “fair discrepancy” and promise a quick refund.
4. The refund never comes (my refund is pending for over a month now)
5. Voila! your money has been successfully robbed by them!
