I booked flight on 19th Aug 2021 for 20th sept 2021 through travolook website. After an hour got a call from a lady and said ticket is cancelled because of offered price expiry. Next day, on 20th Aug got an email saying ticket got cancelled because of operational issues and amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days. So far, didn’t get the refund and their customer care no. not working.
