I booked a flight ticket on 4 Sep 2021, booking amount was deducted. Then I got call from their call centre that flight booking is cancelled as PNR was not generated and the amount will be refunded. It is 50 days now, and I still have not got refund. I have called their customer support several times, but they have a fixed reply every time and they do not answer properly.
