I am regular customer of paytm. i booked so may tickets throug paytm .
but recenty i booked flight ticket but there is some name mistakenly type then i contact to paytm customer care but they denied to any changes in my ticket.then i directly contact to airlines but they told me that name correction is only done by your paytm ..
