I booked a ticket for my brother on 11th August 2021, from Jaipur to Pune dated 7th November 2021. the amount was deducted and then he received a mail that the ticket has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded to the original source of payment. It has been one and a half month and the executives of the company say that you will get refund in 7-10 working days every time I call them.
