Tried booking Air ticket from Travolook website on 26th Apr 2022 from Gorakhpur to Mumbai for dated May 09 2022.
Ticket did not got booked but amount deducted from my account of INR Rs. 5788. After amount got deducted, I received an email saying ticket got Auto-cancelled displaying weird reason saying “Fare Expiry”. If that was the case then they would have not accept the request itself.
Attached is the screenshot of the email notification and amount deduction email notification from Travolook.
Even I send the email intimation to Travolook people, I haven’t got any reply or acknowledgement statement. Did not expected this from them, I was expecting an apologize email from Travolook, but the company seems not bother to reply back to customer problem.
Hence, raising complaint and expecting a earliest resolution on this.
