I have booked flght ticket from hyderabad to vadodara through travolook website amount of 3401 was debited and ticket was not confirmed and I called customer care they told ticked was cancelled due to an operational reason and money will be refunded in 7 days and again they told it will take 10 to 15 days then I searched in google I came to know that travolook is fake and so many people suffering like me and they are looting people. And I booked from another website the ticket was confirmed. Travolook is completely fake pls help me in this regard.
