Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I had book a ticket from Ahmedabad to Bengaluru with Go Air Airlines PNR E8TRSW.
I was supposed to travel on date 27-12-20 and suddenly yesterday I got this sms “Dear Smart Flyer! GoAir would like to inform you that your PNR E8TRSW on flight G8-802 on 27Dec’20 from AMD to BLR has been cancelled. This change is due to issues beyond our control.GoAir protects your reservation for a period of 1 year. You can rebook your reservation to any sector (Difference in Fare applicable) by visiting our website http://www.goair.in or you may call us on 1800 2100 999/022 62732111, up to 2 hours prior to departure.
I tried calling the customer care and inquired about sudden cancellation of the flight ,got no reply from them and continuously disconnected the line, and forced me to travel on next that is on 28-12-20 paying the fare difference of Rs 3,600/- more ,I paid and booked the ticket again as It is very important for me to reach Bengaluru anyhow due some serious issues.
Why should I pay this pay difference of Rs 3,600/- more as I did not ask Airlines to change my travel date.
I have attached my ticket for your reference.
Kindly I request you to look into the matter and refund the extra amount which they took from me without any reason.
