I booked round flight ticket for 4 persons, due to some this pandemic situation , I cancelled 1 ticket (as 4th person is aged ), when I tried to do online web checkin I came to know that paytm has cancelled all the tickets , I have all the proofs that this mistake is done from paytm ,I have screenshots of the paytm, also I have officially mail from indigo in which it is
