My booking was cancelled with travolook. Ref. No. Is REF497216311. I booked my flight from Delhi to Jabalpur on 21st Dec and got cancelled due to price increment but till now I haven’t received my money back. Timeline was given 7-10 days which is already crossed. Every time i am calling on travelook support number they are committing that amount will be refunded with in 7-10 days but its been more than a month its not credited. Travelook is making fool of people and making fraud to the customers. Please take proper action against travelook.
