I have booked flight ticket on Feb 2020 for travel to Delhi to Goa in June 2020 but due to unforseen breakout of Pandemic my flight was cancelled and I was given an option to rebook the flight again when the travel situwatiuon eases out. So in Jan 21 i called Paytm to rebook my ticket and they did not showed any interest to resolve the issue. I made changes in my ticket with help of Air India (tRAVEL CARRIER) ang got tickets for travel in June 2021. But again my tickets were cancelled with reason operational issues. I again contacted Air India for booking and got to know shocking news that PAYTM has requested for ticket cancellation and full fare refunds has been initiated and transferred to Paytm.
Again i contacted paytm customer care and lodged a formal complaint for seeking explanation why the tickets has been cancelled without my knowledge but PAYTM did not responded to me till date.
In Oct 21 I again lodged complaint with PAYTM for resolution and till the time 15 days has been elapsed and received no response to my query. Also in call the told me i have refund of Rs 6723/- only for booking i have made wherein as per Air India they have returned full fare.
i want resolution on urgent as i have been harassed by PAYTM Team.
