Good Morning Sir,
I am Dr. Divakar Reddy Pokala Venkata, M.D. Internal Medicine, PGI Chandigarh. Recently I booked a flight ticket of GoAir Airlines on Travolook.in booking website from Chennai to Chandigarh on My wife’s name Mrs Dr Mulagolla Anusha, M.S. General Surgery. Date of Journey 14-Jun-2021. Reference No. : REF403335161. PNR Number: WD73MN. The ticket got cancelled from the Airlines side and the booking agency asked to reschedule the ticket for some other date. Rescheduled the ticket for the next date and the ticket again got cancelled. Again rescheduled the ticket for the following day and the same thing happened. The ticket got cancelled from the airlines side and the money was not refunded. When I contacted the Airlines they told me that they already refunded the amount to the travel agency. When I approached travolook they are saying the money will get refunded within next week. I am in constant touh with them. Initially, they were responding to my requests and told that they are processing the refund. It has been almost 3 months. I didn’t received any refund till date. Now they were not even picking the call. I got cheated by travel agency. I request you to look into the issue and help me to get my money back.
