I have booked my flight ticket through Travolook on 8th of August-21 for Nagpur-Pune travel of 26th of August-21.
The booking from my end was initiated at around 10:15am and payment got credited to Travolook at around 10:50am as I received confirmation email from them , and at the same time 10:50am I got email from Travolook that my booking is in progress…
Another email I received at 11:10am stating my booking is Cancelled.
And Refund amount will be credited in 7-10 working days..
More than 2 months are gone but they are only buying time and with no proper reason for delay in payment..
I look forward to get this matter resolved.
