I booked a ticket on 5th August with reference no: REF479582244. Ticket got cancelled from their end and it was mentioned that it was cancelled due to PNR not being generated. I didn’t get any refund till today (29th Sep) and I am not able to reach their customer service number. There was no resolution given even though I mailed them 10-12 times and followed up numerous times via call.
