I have book a ticket on website name ‘TRAVOLOOK’ Amount – 3478/- debited from the account but booking got cancelled. After 15 min. I received a call that due to operational reason booking got cancelled and you will receive refund in 10-15 days. I’m attaching mail snapshot for detailed information. Apart from this, I google about the website and I got to know that there are hundreds of people who faced same issue with this website and their hard money never got refunded. I really request you to ban this website or do whatever you can to stop this scam/fraud in future. Already many have registered complaints with NCH/consumers courts but still this website is looting people continuously. No any action taken till now against this website. I highly urged to raise this issue to ban/close this website as it is not genuine.
