I booked flight ticket on 16th Dec 2021 on TRAVOLOOK.IN soon after booking tickets got cancelled and they said refund will be initiated within 7 – 10 working days but still waiting for refund…call the costumer care every time they say next week next week. They are asking me now to get the fund in wallet as there is problem from merchant side.
Please help me get me my money back.
