I BOOK A FLIGHT TICKET FOR MY WIFE FROM PATNA T0 HYDERABAD DIRECT FLIGHT FOR 18.02.2022. AT THE TIME OF BOOKING MANY CONNECTING FLIGHT SHOWING WITH CHEAPER RATE . BUT I BOOKED DIRECT FLIGHT WHICH DOUBLE PRICE OF CONNECTING FLIGHT .
BUT GO FIRST SUDDEN A MAIL OR message YOUR FLIGHT CANCEL ON 12.02.2022 . THEN WE CALL ON CUSTOMER CARE , FIRST AFTER 10 MINUTE WAITING CALL RECEIVE BY CUSTOMER CARE. WHEN CONNECT ,THEN I GIVE THE DETAIL OF FLIGHT AND PASSENGER THEN THEY SAY NO DIRECT FLIGHT AVAILABLE FOR RESCHEDULE, . ONLY CONNECTING FLIGHT AVAILABLE THEN I SAID WHY WE TAKE CONNECTING FLIGHT , I PAY MORE FOR DIRECT FLIGHT , TICKET NOT CANCEL BY MY SIDE , IT CANCEL BY YOUR SIDE SO ITS YOUR PROBLEM . BUT AFTER THIS NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE SIDE , HE SILENT , AFTER 5 MINUTES WAITING THEY CUT THE PHONE .
