Hi,
This side Shuaib Mustafa i have booked my flight 08 Mar 2020 for Delhi to Lucknow and Lucknow to Delhi journey date was 31st march and 4th Apr 2020 that’s flights PNR no. are C8YEWJ, C8YEWJ this flight was canceled by Goair due to nation lockdown , i still not get my refund in my account refund amount is 1435 + 1438 = 2873
i have tried many time to connect with Customer care but not get any response .
still my payment are pending .They are not taking any action i have already mail to Goair.
