I had booked a flight ticket on 19th of August 2021 from travolook reference number REF813443408 but after 5 min I received a mail that my ticket is not booked and it will cancelled and the refund is initiated and it will be credited In 7 to 10 working days but till date the refund amount is not credit every time I call to customer care they tell me that wait for 1 week it will be credit.
