Sir I have booked Airlines Tickets From Ahmedabad To Bhuwnehwar on 12th June 2021 Through Travolook.in,for 1 passengers Travelling Date is 14th June 2021,without intimation they cancelled our ticket,they said because of technical issues tickets are cancelled from airlines.I mailed to Travolook.in for refund our amount of Cancellation ticket,they reply 10 to 15 working days.After 15 working days,Again I mailed to Travolook.in they reply 7 to 8 working days.Again and again they reply the same.more than 40 days over,I Have not received my payment yet,I make a payment through My Icici credit card, No is XXXXXXXX9001,Sir please take necessary action against them.Reference ID are as below.
