i have booked my flight ticket from from Mum to CNN for 18th Dec’21 on 27th Nov’21. that got cancelled within 30 min and got mail mentioning due to operational issue the ticket got cancelled and the refund of Rs.4512/- will be initiated within 7-10 Days. and after regular follow up with customer care i am getting the same answer again and again… now it’s more than a month & still getting the same answer of 7-10 days will get the refund and still i have received my refund from Travolook.in
