I have booked flight ticket from Bangalore to Guwahati on 30/Jan/2023 travel date sat 04-feb-2023, 10:40 am, in the name of traveller Sujoy Nath , before 4 days of travel got phone call your flight has been cancelled and your ticket aborted , you will get refund your full amount Rs.5875, today date is 16.Apr.2023 , more than two months the payment is not returned , many calls and mail sent to customer care of varafi.com , telephone operator says you will be refunded another 5 working days , (we are constantly in touch with our team related to your issue. we assure you of our continued commitment to providing you with the best experience possible and we will get back to you soon with a resolution.)
many times called and mailed getting only same reply each time. Please take corrective action and close their website as soon as possible, and if possible kindly take the amount back from them and refund please
