Sir, I booked on dated 04/04/2024 under Passenger Name Sanjeev Kumar Oneway Trip details From Imphal to Delhi on Fri Apr 12 2024 for 1 Passenger(s). PNR: Failed, Order Id: 78097599 a flight ticket through website veertrip.com…after payment @8,314/-successfull…I didn’t get a seat and booking was panding……after some time booking was Failed status when I call to your customer care, their calling no. is busy , invalid or anyone else no. Provided on site …..so have no way to contact them. I have all proofs against them like ticket screenshot, , order ID , transaction ID etc …veertrip is a unit of ‘Ithaka enterprises’.
