I have booked a ticket in travolook after amount paid INR 8404 as per their published ticket price on their website (HYD – TVM and TVM to HYD ). They shared the ticket with out PNR and in 5 Minutes called back and updates us airlines was not operating to informed to cancel the ticket. when we cross verified with airlines got an update that airline was operational on the date of 26th APril (HYD to TVM) on 8th May (TVM to HYD). They had shared only booking reference number : 429282555
When we asked for refund from the travolook not got an proper updates.
