I booked my flight from delhi to imphal via kolkota for rs 3325 on 07-feb 2022 and after 10 mins i received mail that ticket is cancelled due to operational reasons. They called me that they will initiate refund in 7-12 workings days. I called them they ask me to wait another 10 days. I am in emergency and want to book another flight but dont have extra funds for that. They are telling me that they have initiated refund but i dint receive any money in my account. They are making fool to people. But i am not one of them soon if they dint pay me back i will reach to them with gurgaon police to their office. They think they can make money by doing such frauds and are lucky enough not to face any consequences. Soon if i dint get my money they have to suffer alot. Booking ref id- REF241352133.
