I booked flight ticket from Varanasi to Chennai on 27 jully amount deducted but ticket was cancelled ,I contact travolook for refund they told refund will be done within 7 working days ,after that I try to book same site flight ticket but again amount deducted,but ticked cancelled,for this ticket also I contact for refund ,travolook reply that refund will be done in 3 to 7 working days but till now refund not done,
